The Scottish Baseball Development Programme (SCIO), OSCR No. SC054940, is the data controller for the personal data you provide when signing up for membership.
Note The Programme has confirmed via the ICO's data protection fee self-assessment tool that it qualifies for the not-for-profit exemption and is not required to pay the ICO data protection fee or register as a fee payer. Even as an exempt organisation, the Programme remains fully subject to its obligations under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1.2 What Personal Data We Collect
When you sign up for a Scotland Baseball membership, we collect the following personal data:

1.4 How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your personal data for as long as your membership is active, plus a further period of two years after your membership lapses or is cancelled. This allows us to respond to any queries about your membership and to fulfil our record-keeping obligations as a registered charity.
Payment transaction records are retained for six years in accordance with HMRC guidance.
If you exercise your right to erasure (see Section 2.7), we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
1.5 Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

Wix — our website platform and Wix Payments are operated by Wix.com Ltd. Wix processes your data as our data processor in accordance with their Data Processing Agreement. Please refer to Wix's privacy policy at wix.com/about/privacy for further information.

OSCR — we may be required to share information about our charitable activities with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator in accordance with our obligations as a registered Scottish charity.

1.6 International Transfers
Wix.com Ltd operates servers in various locations. Where your personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, Wix ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements. Please refer to Wix's privacy policy for further information.
