Talent Identification & Pathway

Alongside our community work, we organise periodic training and evaluation sessions for players who are looking to train at a higher level.

These sessions are used to identify players with the potential to progress within the Scottish Baseball programme and, where appropriate, be considered for inclusion in the national player pool.

This forms part of a longer-term pathway connecting domestic participation with opportunities at UK and international level, including potential selection for the senior national team.
